There are several ways to obtain the OpenH323 code:

1. Download an executable for Linux or Windows.
These executables are created from the latest stable code release and represent the most stable code release available at this time. Note that these apps may require special drivers not present on all systems.

2. Download source code
The latest released source code sets are listed below, and are guaranteed to compile and work. However, they do not contain the latest code and will always lag the leading edge development to some degree.

Please download source code only if you are prepared to work out how to compile and run the code. Instructions on how to compile the code are on this site

3. Download a development source code or executable snapshot

Source code and executable snapshots of the development effort are automatically created from the CVS every night and are available at http://openh323.org/bin/snapshots. Note these snapshots may have significant problems - they represent work in progress.

3. Get source code from the OpenH323 CVS archive
This option is for the truly brave, or foolhardy! Or possibly the merely desperate! Although you will be guaranteed of the latest code that might have just the big fix you need, it may also have more problems than the "stable" releases.

Download executables

The following executables were created from recent source code snapshots.

Windows voxilla_mswin_1.1alpha1.zip (693k)
openphone_mswin_1.1alpha1.zip (865k)
Linux voxilla_linux_x86_libc6_1.1alpha1.gz (826k)

Please note: the Linux executable requires the Linux Telephony component in the kernel (2.2.14 or later) for the Quicknet card support to work. The standard response is: if the binary does not work on your system, get the source and compile it!
