Microsofts free H.323 client for Windows machines. The current release is 3.01, build 4.4.3377. This product uses the Databeam H.323 protocol stack

QuickNet PhoneJack and LineJack
The QuickNet products provide an ISA-card interface to POTS/PSTN devices. The bundled Windows 9X H.323 software provides most of the basic call features either from the computer GUI or from an attached telephone handset. The PhoneJack card and software provides an interface to standard a phone handset. The LineJack adds an interface to a PSTN/POTS line and the ability to gateway calls from an H.323 connection to a phone line.
QuickNet also provide a Windows SDK, and a binary-only Linux driver. Non-H.323 Linux applications software is also available as Open Source. H.323 support for the QuickNet hardware will be available via the OpenH323 project
