We've been in touch with the convenors of the SpeakFreely project, and we've agreed to work together to help integrate OpenH323 functionality into SpeakFreely. For those who've not heard of this program, it is an Open Source telephony program that supports a wide range of codecs and functions, including crypto.

As part of this support, Brian Wiles has offered to provide space for a second OpenH323 mirror site in the US on his T-1 link, and we'll be providing a second offshore mirror for SpeakFreely to allow better distribution of the crypto versions of SpeakFreely.

We'll also be looking to use the unencumbered GSM codec implementation from SpeakFreely in OpenH323.

Thanks to Brian, and we're looking forward to working with you!
